Iowa Speedway Sets 2013 Dates for 2nd Annual ‘Iowa Grand Motorcycle Rally’
NEWTON, Iowa – September 4, 2012 – The 2013 Iowa Speedway schedule of events will highlight six major weekends, including feature racing events on four Saturdays and a Sunday afternoon, and the second annual Iowa Grand Motorcycle Rally on a Friday through Sunday.
The Iowa Grand Motorcycle Rally will change dates in 2013, coming to Newton with a big three-day event on Friday, May 31 – Sunday, June 2, instead of late July.
“We had a great response from rally participants this year, and we are really excited to continue another quality experience for two wheel enthusiasts next year as well,” Fritz said.
The 2013 Iowa Speedway Schedule will include the following weekends:
May 31-June 2 – Iowa Grand Motorcycle Rally
June 7-8 – Pioneer Hi-Bred 250 NASCAR Nationwide Series weekend
June 21-22 – Iowa Corn Indy 250 IZOD IndyCar Series weekend
July 12-13 – NASCAR Camping World Truck Series 200 weekend
August 2-3 – U.S. Cellular 250 presented by the Enlist™ Weed Control System NASCAR Nationwide Series weekend
September 7-8 – NASCAR Camping World Truck Series 200 weekend
