'Dune Buggy Raffle' Winner: Graettinger, Iowa's Alan Schmitt
Alan Schmitt from Graettinger, Iowa is the lucky 'Dune Buggy Raffle' ticket holder, and won the season-long raffle promotion, sponsored by the Iowa Speedway Foundation.
Part of the raffle sale proceeds will also benefit the Lake View Camp & Conference Center in Pella, Iowa.
