Gase to Run Full Nationwide Schedule in 2012
Go Green Racing announces Cedar Rapids Iowa native, Joey Gase, as driver of the #39 Ford for the 2012 NASCAR Nationwide Series and contender for the Sunoco Rookie of the Year title.
"This is a dream come true for me," Gase said. "My family and I have worked hard to get to this point so it is very rewarding for it to come true. I feel confident that being in the seat every week will really help build some consistency and strong runs."
Gase is no stranger to GGR. In his Nationwide début last year at Iowa Speedway, he battled to a top-twenty finish after running strong the entire race. After an impressive run, the eighteen year old went on to compete in four more races to finish the season off on a high note and prepare him for 2012.
