Iowa Speedway Traffic and Parking
Entrance to Iowa Speedway
I-80 Exit 168
Newton club, Luxury Suite, Season Ticket Holder permit holders preferring north west lots, and RVs must be in right hand traffic lanes to be directed onto Rusty Wallace Drive
Traffic conditions may cause Rusty Wallace Dr. to be closed to event traffic. All traffic will then be diverted south on Iowa Speedway Dr. to the appropriate credentialed and non-credentialed parking lots. Please follow all traffic control instructions and arrive at Iowa Speedway two hours prior to race time.
*grandstand season ticket holders have the option of their preferred parking lot, but if certain lots become full they will be diverted to the closest approximate parking area
Rusty Wallace Drive Traffic
Right Lane: General Camping RVs’ and vehicles w/trailers
Center Lane: Newton club, Luxury Suite, Season Ticket Holder, and Trackside RV
Infield, Media, Credentials office, Season Ticket Holder permit holders preferring south lots, ADA, and General Parking must be in left hand lanes and proceed south down Iowa Speedway Drive.
Iowa Speedway Drive Traffic
Right lane: Infield, Media, Credentials office
Left lanes: General Parking, Season Ticket Holder and ADA
Alternate Entrance
Newton Club, Luxury Suite, and Season Ticket Holder permits
Take I-80 Exit 164; precede south on Hwy 14 and follow signs to Iowa Speedway.Proper credentials are required to enter the persons with disabilities, luxury suite, Newton Club, and other VIP parking areas. Please see the facility map for more information on these parking areas.
Parking Lots
Permit holders will be directed to corresponding parking areas. Please follow all traffic control instructions to expedite your arrival at Iowa Speedway. Tailgating is permitted in all parking lots but must be contained to one parking space per vehicle; reserving parking spaces is prohibited.
Free General Parking:
Available in all speedway lots during race events
Bus Parking:
Buses will park up close and near the VIP parking area and is based on availability. Please call 866-787-8946 to provide advance notice of your arrival
Persons with Disabilites Parking:
ADA parking is located outside the main entrance to the grandstands. Please display your state-issued permit in the window of your vehicle to be admitted to the proper parking lot, the licensed individual must be present in the vehicle for admittance. Spaces are not reserved and are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Luxury Suite and Newton Club Parking:
Speedway Newton Club members, Luxury Suite Guests, and Luxury Suite Owners will have access to Luxury Suite and VIP parking areas. Please display the proper credentials, parking spaces are not reserved and are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Motorcycle Parking:
Located in the motorcylce parking area on the north end of the grandstands.
Tow Lot:
If your vehicle is towed, you will be able to claim it following the completion of each race event at the Iowa Speedway Operations parking area located off of Iowa Speedway Drive, or another designated lot of Iowa Speedway’s choice.
