Public Viewing:
A fantastic view of the facility is available from the public viewing area in the Reserved RV Area Tier 2. (Note: This area is closed to the public on pre-event and event days. On these days, public viewing is open at turn 4 until 30 minutes before the gates open.)

Fan Walk:
Fans can get closer to the action by purchasing a Fan Walk Pass. The Fan Walk area is shaded in orange on the map (see page 28). The Fan Walk Booth  is located on the back side of Ticket Booth 1 behind Rusty Wallace Grandstand. Children age 12 and under will be admitted to the Fan Walk area at no charge and must be accompanied by an adult. A Fan Walk pass also entitles you to a free shuttle ride to and from the Fan Walk area. Shuttle boarding  is located behind Wallace Grandstand next to Hospitality Village. Re-boarding is located where you were dropped off in the Fan Walk area .

Guidelines To Follow:

  • Iowa Speedway reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the Fan Walk area at any time.
  • Iowa Speedway reserves the right to deny the sale of Fan Walk Passes to any individual according to race sanctioning body rules/regulations.
  • No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the tram.

    Driving Schools:
    Iowa Speedway provides fans the opportunity to drive a NASCAR Sprint Cup-style stock car on our 7/8 mile tri-oval through several premier driving schools, including the Richard Petty Driving Experience, the Jeff Gordon and Mario Andretti Driving School and the G.A.S.S.
