WELCOME BACK TO IOWA SPEEDWAY!

We are extremely excited that Iowa Speedway will host the ARCA Menards Series Shore Lunch 150 on Saturday night, July 24, 2021. While we’re thrilled to welcome fans back to the track, a few select race day experiences will NOT be available, including:
  • Paddock Passes and Pit Tours
  • Paid Parking
  • Public Suites
  • General Camping (including tent camping)
  • Hospitality Village
  • Party Decks
Here are a few things you need to know about full grandstands:
WILL THE SHORE LUNCH 150 RACE ON JULY 24TH BE LIMITED CAPACITY?

No. We will welcome fans in full grandstands during the July 24, 2021 Shore Lunch Race.

WHAT ARE THE PROTOCOLS FOR THE WEEKEND?

CAMPING  

  • Camping will no longer be limited to 6 people per spot. Terrace Camping customers now have the option to purchase up to four (4) additional terrace admissions, for a total of ten (10) terrace admissions per spot. Camping restrooms and showers will NOT be available. General camping, including tent camping, will still NOT be available.

    Terrace Camping

    • Load-in begins at 3:00 PM on Thursday, July 22 – Load-out must be complete by 3:00 PM on Sunday, July 25.
    • Only self-contained, registered recreational vehicles and campers will be allowed. Self-contained recreational vehicles are defined as vehicles that have built-in, permanently installed plumbing or running water and a holding tank for wastewater and sewage.
    • Shower facilities and tram/shuttle service will NOT be available for this event.
    • All camping spots will be limited to a maximum of 10 guests.
    • General Camping (including tent camping) will NOT be available.

NEWTON CLUB 

  • Newton Club Members that purchased Newton Club tickets will be moved back to their traditional seat locations. Non-members that purchased tickets in the Newton Club will be relocated to comparable seats in the same area.    

FANWALK

  • FanWalk is available to grandstand ticket customers as a $5 add-on for adults and free to youth 12 and under. Newton Club ticket holders, Luxury Suite guests and Terrace Campers receive FanWalk access as part of their admission.
  • The experience will include access to the FanWalk area behind pit road from the time gates open until the conclusion of the race. It will also include the ability to sign the start/finish line and watch pre-race from the tri-oval area between ARCA Menards Series General Tire Pole Qualifying and the start of the race (roughly one hour).  There will not be a pre-race concert.
  • Prior to the conclusion of ARCA Menards Series General Tire Pole Qualifying, FanWalk ticket holders must access the infield FanWalk area by tram. Grandstand customers with FanWalk access, Newton Club ticket holders and Luxury Suite guests may go to the tram stop located near Gate 1 after being security screened for transportation to FanWalk. The tram will travel from Gate 1 to the infield for FanWalk drop-off.  The tram will then proceed to Gate 25 near RV Hill to pick up Terrace Campers, then back to Gate 1, then to the infield FanWalk area.
  • After the conclusion of ARCA Menards Series General Tire Pole Qualifying and until the area is cleared to start the race, customers with FanWalk access will be able enter the tri-oval area through the crossover gates located along the frontstretch catch fence.

PIT AND PADDOCK

  • The pit and paddock areas will remain limited to competition-essential personnel only.

MIDWAY 

  • The Midway will be open with interactive displays.

MASKS 

  • Masks are encouraged but not required.
CAN I TAILGATE?

Yes, small portable grills and small pop-up tents are allowed.

CAN FANS ACCESS THE INFIELD FOR THIS RACE?

The pit and paddock areas will remain limited to competition-essential personnel only.  FanWalk is available to grandstand ticket customers as a $5 add-on for adults and free to youth 12 and under.  Newton Club ticket holders, Luxury Suite guests and Terrace Campers receive FanWalk access as part of their admission

WILL RACING ELECTRONICS BE ON-SITE?

ADA TICKETS & SEATING

Iowa Speedway seeks to provide reasonable accommodations for all qualified individuals with disabilities.  Please contact the Ticketing Sales Center at 866.787.8946 to arrange for appropriate accommodations and seating. Seating is based on availability.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A FAN FALLS ILL DURING THE RACE?

There will be dedicated medical assets resourced to provide treatment and transport of any fan(s) developing symptoms during the event.  In addition, a robust disinfecting / decontamination capability has been established for immediate on-site response.  Finally, local public health officials will be notified of the potential infection.

WILL MERCHANDISE BE AVAILABLE?

At this time it is not expected that merchandise haulers and retail locations will be available for this event.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

All tickets and camping passes will be delivered to fans via Tickets @ Home, providing guests the flexibility to display their tickets on their mobile device for non-contact entry at the gates or the ability to print tickets at home from a computer and printer.  Please note that tickets will not be printed or mailed for this event.

WILL CONCESSIONS BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?
  • A limited menu of chicken tenders, fries, burgers, hot dogs, Coke products, water and beer will be available for purchase. All transactions will be cashless.
    • Accepted forms of payment include debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
  • Unfortunately, Iowa Speedway will not be able to provide ice for fan coolers.
